CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND INITIAL RESEARCH

BUSINESS INITIALISATION
Establish the legal entity, register the company, and set up the initial infrastructure (website, business accounts, etc.). Begin creating investor pitch materials, including the business plan, pitch deck, and financial projections.
PROOF OF CONCEPT FUNDRAISING
Define POC scope and objectives, technical requirements and specifications. Conduct cost and resource analysis to provide funding plan. Create project timeline and milestones. Engage with LiDAR Drone providers and agree contracts to proceed into development phase.
POC DEVELOPMENT
Commence development of the Proof of Concept (POC). Focus on building the core features of the Digital Twin Cities, Immersive Metaverse, and Conversational AI Characters. Conduct initial user testing and gather feedback for iteration.
FUNDRAISING FOR FULL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Engage with potential investors, including angel investors, early-stage venture capitalists, and other funding sources. Pitch the business concept and secure initial investment to fund full product development, marketing, and scaling. Use the POC as proof of concept to attract more substantial investment.
PRODUCT REFINEMENT AND BETA TESTING
Refine the POC based on feedback from initial testing. Conduct beta testing with a select group of users across various industries to validate the product’s effectiveness and gather further insights for improvement.
GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY AND EARLY CUSTOMER ACQUISITION
